3. Mutually establish with our customers realistic expectations of the benefits of our products and services by making no false promises or claims.

4. Develop a scope of work, specifications and estimates, supported by pictorial facts, which are in accordance to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

5. Educate customers on the full scope of work and total investment through face-to-face meetings.

6. Maintain open communications with our customers regarding job start date, any changes in schedule, scope of work, or any unforeseen conditions.

7. After job completion call all customers, no matter how large or small, to determine level of satisfaction with our crews, service, and work performed.

8. To ensure total customer satisfaction, hand deliver contractor’s and manufacturer’s warranties, and fully explain the terms and conditions.

9. Continue to service the customer after job completion by providing inspections as requested by the customer through the life of the warranty.
